Denis Leary. Yawn.
Denis Leary knows the power of the autism community. That's why he's using us to sell books. I think it's a crappy way to get publicity. Choose a vulnerable population and go after them. I suppose the Post chose the blurb that would get the most rise out of readers. It's shame that the book even has such a comment in it. But, you know what they say about opinions....
Can we have a giant, "Whatever." for Mr. Leary?
"There is a huge boom in autism right now because inattentive mothers and competitive dads want an explanation for why their dumb-ass kids can't compete academically, so they throw money into the happy laps of shrinks . . . to get back diagnoses that help explain away the deficiencies of their junior morons. I don't give a [bleep] what these crackerjack whack jobs tell you - yer kid is NOT autistic. He's just stupid. Or lazy. Or both."
New York Post Gossip section.
(PS) My apologies if you're offended by the graphic. It seemed fitting.

Paul McCartney married someone with a fake leg so he could smuggle marijuana? Obviously Leary doesn't mean what he says, even about autism; he's just begging for attention to compensate for his short dick.
You're the best, Stephen. Yes, Leary is a ranter - that's his schtick. The schmuck's schtick. Whatever. It's open season on autism though. I hate that.
Jesus. Do we really need another idiot trying to tell us that we're ad parents and our kids aren't disabled, they're just stupid?
Yawn is right.
Asshole is even better.
um, bad parents. not ad parents.
Mayby i yam a idiot.
Everytime I see his book in a store, I will turn it backwards.
Yet another "Look at me!!" merchant. I'm surprised you give him blog space. Now his "fame" has crossed the pond. What's that old adage? Oh yeah, ignorance is bliss, so I guess Leary is a very happy guy.
That is exceedingly fitting. DL had a song a while back (when he was still relevant) called, "I'm an Asshole." Yep, you're right Dennis. When you're stealing material from a second-rate radio guy to try to sell books...
