MMM! Smell that? Bread baking. Yes, it's gluten free bread but it still smells great. My sister gave me a Williams Sonoma gift certificate for Christmas and I bought a Cuisinart bread machine. JOY! I no longer dread making the kids bread. Mix the liquid, put it into the pan, add the flour, yeast on top, hit a few buttons and walk away. I use the Bob's Redmill Wonderful GF mix. It's tasty, soft, makes a good kids' sandwich. Try it!

My sister used to bake bread all the time and bring it over. There is nothing in the world like hot fresh bread. And William Sonoma is one of the greatest places on earth ha ha!

yum! maybe i ought to dust off my little bread machine. it only makes small loaves but small may be better than none when it comes to homemade!

You'll have to share your secret for success with the bread machine. Every time we try GF in the machine it comes out like bricks!

not sure if you can make it without gluten, but I have found a breadmaker makes the BEST pizza dough...Hopefully you can find some appropriate recipes!

Cool, homemade bread, GF no less. I'll have to get me a breadmaker. :*)

My machine has a GF setting - I guess GF dough is higher in water/liquid than G bread. Maybe that's the difference? I have a terrific pizza dough that's GF from Natural Foods, I think. No kneading - just mix, pat and bake. It's quite tasty and the kids enjoy it. This machine makes 1, 1.5 and 2lb loaves which is nice. And has crust settings too. I'm quited pleased with it and really, at $129, it's a huge time = money saver for me. Thanks to my sister!

Hey Kim, what model is that machine? Sounds like something we could use around here.
