Ari Autism Is Treatable: Attend the DAN! Conference.

Why Atlanta? Why this one conference if you're new to biomedical treatment?

Because Defeat Autism Now! conferences are the most responsive to your follow-up evaluations -- we pay close attention to them when designing our programs.
Sixty-three percent of the people who attended Defeat Autism Now! in San Diego last fall had never been to an autism conference before, and many of them commented that they wanted even more basic information, especially on dietary treatment.

Nutrition is the cornerstone, and since it's always good to begin at the beginning, we're devoting Friday afternoon in Atlanta (April 17th) to nutrition. (Remember that higher-level treatments might not be as successful if the diet isn't sound.)

The Friday program is designed to provide the best solid foundation for the presentations on Saturday and Sunday, and it's a great refresher course as well for you "old-timers."

Registration is online at: https://www.defeatautismnow.com/Atlanta/atlanta.html

I won't be able to go but I fully support DAN!

Our DAN! doctor removed the veil of a screaming mess to reveal our beautiful child underneath it all.

Anyone new to bio-med would be well advised to go.

Yup. To be honest, I was really surprised at dinner when a few of the women with whom I spoke had no idea what was DAN! or Autism One. It shocked me. There's so much help for our kids at both. I think I have much more work to do as a writer.

Michelle - how about Autism One in Chicago in May? It's a cheap flight on SW from Cleveburgh or a 5hour drive. PLEASE? I'm speaking with Dan and Mark from A of A and it's a fuuuun time!

How can those women have autistic children, be on the computer as much as they appear to be (with their blogs) and have done no idea what DAN! or Autism One is?? Sad!

It's an interesting study in where people look for answers. I think biomed is a huge part of treatment. I know you can lead a horse to water and all, but what if the horse doesn't recognize thirst? I'm struggling not to sound judgemental - that's not my intent. But there's so much that can help our kids.

It still amazes me how many parents still just totally rely on their therapy providers or pediatricans telling them what is valid and what is not all without the parents doing any of their own research. I still hear way too many times from parents, "but my doctor/therapist said vaccines were safe"...or "my doctor/therapist said that diet would be harmful"...
Blind trust? Plain lazy and ignorant if you ask me.
