Joe The Hozzer/Plumber on his "Book Deal."

My writer friends, please comment freely, nastily, verily, come on! Oh WHERE is MISS SNARK??????

From Huffpo: The book, called "Joe the Plumber -- Fighting for the American Dream," is to be released by a group called PearlGate Publishing and other small publishing houses.

"I am not going to a conglomerate that way we actually can get the economy jump started. Like there is five publishing companies in Michigan. There's a couple down in Texas. They are small ones that can handle like 10 or 15,000 copies. I can go to a big one that could handle a million or two. But they don't need the help. They are already rich. So that's spreading the wealth to me," he said.

Joe's manager at the "Pathfinder Management Group" called him a "dynamic speaker."

He's certainly some kind of speaker, and it probably starts with the letter d.

Say it ain't so!!

Stalked over to your blog from Nathan's! :) Hope you don't mind. I've found that people who comment on Nate's blog have great blogs of their own. Few belly-button gazers.

Good ole Joe helped hammer nails in the McCain/Palin coffin, in my opinion. Once they used him as an example of a good, hardworking, honest, average American getting the shaft- it showed how out of touch with reality they really were.

Hi, Jeanne! Lovely to have a fresh face here! Tough week in Kimville, as you see.....

So you're saying Joe was a "tool of destruction?" Sure seems like a "tool" to me (to use my Boston vernacular!) He just lapped up that spotlight like a cat with a bowl of cream. It was scary. A MUSIC contract? What an insult to every American Idol contestant! LOL!

My world is so upside down and inside out right now I can only be snarky and let it fly. It's time to add a chapter or two to my memoir....

Everyone has a book in them but I think Joe's book is the "Joe the Plumber Wordsearch Puzzle Book".

I agree that everyone has a book in them, but not necessarily a book anyone wants to read. Joe will only help his own economy by writing this book. No real money will go to the publisher when they end up at every *Dollar* store across America.
I will save my money for your book Kim.

Uggh. So not worth the poor trees killed to print this crap. Wait, can they publish it on Charmin? If they can make it septic system safe, I think that would work well with the plumber angle.
