TODAY! NYC World Autism Awareness Month is Honoring Kim Stagliano.

Wow. I'm floored. I received a call from our friends at NAA NY Metro Chapter that they are honoring me at this event. I in turn, will honor all of you, fellow autism parents and advocates. Mark, the girls and I will be there. If you can get into the city, hope to see you.

I'm really blown away by this. We're taking the girls with us - of course. Planning (perseverating) on my little speech. I really could just point to Mia, Gianna and Bella and say, "See? That's why." then get off the stage or whatever it is. I have nothing to wear - of course. I'm already applying deoderant - I get so nervous.
