Hair and makeup by sheer, unadulterated joy. My photos holding newborn Gianna are as jubilant. Bella - I look happy, but exhausted and more than a bit scared. I used to get manicures and all sorts of girly things. Now I wear dime store make up and cut my own hair!

Did you see the post MO'N directed to on her blog? the woman had TWO photographers and a whole flamin' ARMY of friends hanging out with her while she had the baby. Things are WAY different your side of the pond

That says it all. BTW I'm really impressed with those spiffy nails--didn't they make you take that polish off in case of surgery?
